Not surprising
…that I haven’t been keeping this updated regularly, and god knows it’s only going to get worse once college starts—ps, COME SOONER, I’m going stir crazy. Summer’s starting to wrap up as more and more of my friends migrate across the country (damn you semester system). I still have a solid two weeks before I finally head out, but I can’t be more excited....

So I graduated; senior no more! Keep it classy ‘09, I will truly miss you all.
Meanwhile, I’m stuck in the transitory period between graduating high school and beginning college, or as I like to call it, SUMMER ‘09! I have a long 3 months to look forward to before heading up North, and I plan to make the best of it:

I only have two classes—Drawing and Painting, and Costume Design, which don’t even meet everyday!—left. 1st day back from spring break, and I’m already annoyed with the huge amount of work I have. Honestly, summer break should begin once spring break is done because I’m over high school. At least it’s downhill from here :^D

Minus my stiff shoulders and sore feet, my adventure was pretty much flawless. Despite a few hiccups en route (“Crap, Alex, I got off the wrong stop!” “Is La Brea this way….or THAT way?” “This bus goes to Melrose, right?”), I managed to get from school to the Grove to BH High to G1988 and back home thanks to public transit and my lovely brother.
